My name is Peter and I'm also known as Barnacle Boppy.

I'd like to welcome you to my website and to introduce you to the first book in the series of The Tales of Gripper the Crab; it's called 'Heidi's New Home'. 

The adventures are intended to be fun to read and listen to, but also contain important messages about sea pollution, global warming, over-fishing, and homelessness, among others. Lessons too for our children about how sometimes in life, things are not what they seem to be. 

All of my stories are inspired by trips to Cornwall.  It's a reflection on time well spent with my children, telling them tales of the sea creatures of Porthmeric Bay -

These characters and their stories occupy my mind, and I would love them to be left as a legacy for everyone. If I can inspire people along the way, then that would be fabulous too!
